Enrollment Details

We have a non-traditional school calendar.  Our school year begins in June for a four-week semester.  We then have a 12-week fall semester from Labor Day to Thanksgiving, followed by a spring semester of 15-weeks from New Year to the end of April.. We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at Livingston Christian Center from 8:30a to 3p. The Lower School class is K-8th grade and the Upper School class is 9th-12th.  Our families are legal home school families under Montana law.

We want our families to have flexibility to take advantage of homeschooling while having the support and community of The Learning Bench Academy. We encourage our students and families to become an engaged community, to fund raise together, learn together, play together, and get together.  We are also looking for families that value education and want to invest in it with us. We ensure our families are equipped and understand that in-class days are not, in and of themselves, sufficient for good education so work must be put in at home to meet the standards we espouse.

Our enrollment process is as follows:

  1. Attend an informational meeting - you can use the contact form below to coordinate the first meeting.

  2. Upon the informational meeting completion, application submission and review take place.

  3. We then conduct a family interview - student/s must attend so that we can discuss together the standards and principles we strive to uphold at the academy.

  4. Following the family interview, we will provide notification of either enrollment offer or declination.

  5. If enrollment is offered and accepted, then submission of the tuition deposit and/or full tuition will be due prior to beginning classes, dependent on deadline dates.
